You've probably already tried writing it out. A journal you abandoned. A blog post you never published. A therapist's suggestion to "process it on paper." And it didn't work, not because writing doesn't heal, but because nobody ever showed you how to write your way through trauma instead of just around it.

You've done the healing work and you're still surprised by how much an old story runs your life, your business, or your relationships
You can't remember your own good moments, only the hard ones, and you don't know why
You know there's a "dude in your head" narrating your worst-case story every night, and you're ready to find out whose voice it actually is
You're tired of being the strong one who's never actually put her own story down on paper
I've now run this live twice, and both times I watched something I didn't expect: women who'd never said certain things out loud realized mid-sentence where their story actually started, and it wasn't where they always thought. That's the moment I built this workshop for. Not a lecture. A room where you finally trace it back far enough to change it.
No. This is a guided writing process, not clinical treatment. If you're currently working with a therapist, this workshop can be a powerful companion to that work, not a replacement for it.
It doesn't matter how it looks from the outside. Some of the moments that shaped people the most look small to everyone else. This workshop isn't about ranking your pain, it's about following what's still alive in you.
Never. You're always welcome to pass, to keep your camera off, and to share only what feels safe. Some of the most important work happens in what you write privately and never read aloud.
Yes, this workshop is built with God in the frame, and that's intentional. If you're not currently connected to your faith or you're working through what that even means for you right now, you're still welcome here. Part of the process is finding where grace shows up in your story in whatever way that's true for you.
This experience is most effective when you can join the workshop live, and due to the limited space we encourage you to only sign up if you are planning to make it to the live calls. Replays are available to you for each session in the event you have to leave early or miss a session, or simply want to rewatch the workshop!
Yes. Everyone in the group agrees to keep whatever is shared in the room completely confidential. This is a safe space by design, not by accident.
